Modern Chemical Industry (MCI) is a monthly comprehensive scientific and technical information journal, edited and published by ChinaNationalChemicalInformationCenter.

    MCI reports mainly on chemical technology, technical policies, tech-economics and market trends. It enjoys a circulation of more than 20 thousand copies, covering over 20 countries and regions in the world.

    MCI is primarily intended for engineers, researchers, managers at all levels, businessmen and the officers in government. It had won the first-grade award in '92 and in '96 National Sci-tech Journal Appraisal,and also gained the first National Journal Award in 2001 and 2005 respectively, MCI had been awarded with a title as "Double Awarded Journal" in the "China Journal Phalanx" which was chosen through public appraisal.
